Platform Facilitation & Consultation
Astrojata offers a digital platform that facilitates direct, one-on-one interaction between users and astrologers through live consultations (chat, voice, or video) and messaging. Users can avail paid services offered by independent astrologers on the platform.
While Astrojata strives to maintain quality experiences and professional conduct across services, we do not guarantee any advice, predictions, prophecies, or remedies offered by astrologers.

The Astrojata website and mobile applications are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis, without warranties of any kind—either express or implied—including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, commercial utility, non-infringement, or uninterrupted performance. Your use of the platform is entirely at your own risk.
Astrojata Does Not Warrant:
- Services or functionality will be completely free from errors, technical issues, interruptions, or external intervention.
- Advice, predictions, or responses provided by astrologers will be scientifically valid, accurate, or free from personal prejudice.
Limitation of Liability:
- Authenticity, quality, or reliability of materials or ritual items distributed by astrologers.
- Any decision, action, or outcome arising from your reliance on received advice.
Third-Party Recommendations & Ritual Services
Astrojata is not liable for any damage, loss, injury, or disadvantage (financial, emotional, or otherwise) resulting from your interaction with astrologers or related services—such as Pujas, Yantras, Gemstones, etc.—especially when these recommendations or remedies are suggested independently by astrologers without direct supervision or verification by Astrojata.
