Refund Policy
At Astrojata, we strive to provide extraordinary astrology services and high-quality products. Review our refund and return guidelines below.
1. Refund Eligibility
We only provide refunds on physical products purchased from our e-commerce section (such as gemstones, Rudraksha, yantras, astrology books, and related items). Refunds are generally not applicable to astrology consultation services or digital items.
Eligible for Refund
Physical products (if received faulty, damaged, or incorrect items).
Not Eligible for Refund
Astrology reports, chat/call consultations, worship rituals, spiritual services, and digital downloads.
2. Return Conditions for Physical Products
- The product must be damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
- The product should be completely unused and kept in its original packaging.
- A refund request must be raised within 48 hours of product delivery.
- Clear photo or video proof must be submitted along with the request.
Note: We do not offer refunds based on dissatisfaction with personal beliefs or astrological effectiveness. Refunds are processed only after claim verification.
3. How to Request a Refund?
- Email contact@astrojata.in with your Order ID, issue description, and media proofs.
- Our support team reviews and responds within 3 to 5 business days.
- If approved, return the item as per provided instructions.
- Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Astrology consultation services cannot be canceled or refunded once commenced. Revisions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- Physical product orders can only be canceled prior to dispatch.

Individual personal horoscope charts
Products damaged due to user misuse or alteration
Items returned without prior support approval
