4. Registration and Eligibility
- Under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, users must be 18 years or older to enter into a legally binding contract.
- Users under 18 can inquire about astrology only through a legal guardian.
- Registration requires a valid phone number, OTP, email, or social login.
- Multiple accounts per user are prohibited and may lead to account suspension.
- Users are responsible for maintaining credential confidentiality; Astrojata is not liable for unauthorized access.
5. Call & Chat Consultation Facility
Astrojata provides real-time consultation through calls and chats. Using this feature implies consent to receive calls, overriding DND registry listings.
6. User Account Access
Astrojata reserves the right to access user accounts for quality control, customer support, and dispute resolution, adhering strictly to our privacy guidelines.
7. Breach and Termination
- False or misleading registration details
- Legal risk or liability posed to platform
- Violation of community or privacy policies
8. Restricted Materials & Prohibited Activities
8.1 Child Protection & Safety
Strict zero tolerance for child abuse, grooming, exploitation, or material encouraging self-harm in minors.
8.2 Inappropriate Content & Hate Speech
Pornography, offensive language based on religion, race, gender, nationality, caste, disability, graphic violence, and harassment are forbidden.
8.3 Dangerous & Illegal Items
Firearms, explosives, illicit drugs, and harmful black magic or malefic occult practices are strictly prohibited. Violations lead to immediate suspension and legal action.
9. Astrojata Services
- Does not control linked third-party websites.
- Not liable for third-party errors or misinterpretations.
- Results are subjective and based on traditional belief systems.
10. Errors & Discontinuation
- No guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free platform access.
- Reserves right to curate, suspend, or terminate services anytime without notice.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Any disagreements related to these terms shall be resolved via arbitration in New Delhi, India, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. All legal proceedings fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
